This course features keys to identifying means of reducing facility operating costs and, more
importantly, means of identifying potential savings and how to achieve them. The course
provides attendees with some challenges and strategies that are not part of other programs.
This is a two day classroom session for up to twenty people. Cost is $2,200 plus travel and
living expenses to and from the training site and Ken's home in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.
