COST CONTROL AFTER LUNCH

This presentation is offered to provide the plant manager with means of controlling costs in the operation of a facility. It addresses the different costs and how to manage them to get the optimum value out of the money spent on operating and maintaining the facility. The presentation explains the efficient utilization approach to cost control with some dramatic examples.

This two hour presentation can be performed at your venue for the small price of two hundred dollars ($200.00) plus travel and living expenses to and from the training site and Ken's home in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. COST CONTROL WORKSHOP

A morning and afternoon session which can be separated into two mornings or two afternoons. A break is included in each half and the customer is encouraged to provide snacks and a lunch. This presentation uses the one above for the morning session then covers:

This eight hour presentation can be performed at your venue for the sum of nine hundred dollars ($900.00) plus travel and living expenses to and from the training site and Ken's home in Port Saint Lucie, Florida when presented in one day. If split into two days the fee is eleven hundred dollars($1,100). When a luncheon or dinner is included, deduct $50.00 for each of Ken's meals.
