ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) Codes including the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Sections I, IV, and VIII plus B31.1 (Power Piping) B31.3 (Chemical Plant and Petroleum Refinery Piping) and CSD-1 (Controls for burners) are all referenced in Maryland law along with the NBIC (National Board Inspection Code). These Codes are adopted by most states.

ASME CODE CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR

KEH performs the engineering function for contractors qualified to construct pressure vessels, erect boilers, build boiler external piping and make repairs to boilers and pressure vessels bearing the ASME Code symbol stamps.

NATIONAL FIRE PROTECTION ASSOCIATION:

There are more than 290 National Fire Code Titles. KEH is familiar with all titles related to boiler operation and safety controls, specializing in the NFPA 85 series.
