You can edit the Word file to complete the form or print, manually fill out and scan back either file. In saving and sending the file use your last name as the filename. Attach and E-mail your completed form file to margaretfritze@aol.com. Request a confirmation if you don't receive one within five bunsiness days.
To receive the negotiated discounted room rate for the conference, please call The Fall Creek Falls Inn directly at (1-800-250-8610) and advise them you will be attending the IBBA/EBBA meeting (the group code is 5489). A block of rooms are being held until February 22 but cannot be guaranteed after that date; be sure to make reservations before that date to guarantee you have a room and receive the discounted rate.
Bank check: You can include a check with the Registration Form you mail. If you register by E-mail and are paying by check, mail the check to Margaret at the address above.
Credit card: To provide a secure exchange of your credit card information, call Ted Hicks at 518-347-4463 and be ready with the total amount to be charged. If Ted is not in the office, please leave your name, a brief message, and a phone number for him to return your call. Alternatively, fax your information to Ted at 518-347-6463. Please arrange charge as soon as possible after registering as registration will not be finalized until payment is verified.
