Friday April 5, 2013
- Dinner, complete with salad, dessert and a beverage, your choice of:
- Mesquite Baked Boneless Chicken Breast served on top of rice pilaf with a side of steamed broccoli.
- Vegetarian Lasagna or Spaghetti Marinara served with garlic toast.
- Blackened Tilapia served on top of rice pilaf with a side of steamed broccoli.

- Breakfast is on your own, the Park Restaurant has a breakfast buffet
served from 6:30 to 10:00 AM.
- Saturday coffee breaks with snacks at 10:30 AM and 3:30 PM are included with your registration.
- Lunch, all you care to eat at the Park Restaurant's Lunch Buffet including:
- Chicken Tenders
- BBQ Pork
- Fried Tilapia
- Variety of Vegetables
