  • Dinner, complete with salad, dessert and a beverage, your choice of:
    • Mesquite Baked Boneless Chicken Breast served on top of rice pilaf with a side of steamed broccoli.
    • Vegetarian Lasagna or Spaghetti Marinara served with garlic toast.
    • Blackened Tilapia served on top of rice pilaf with a side of steamed broccoli.

  • Breakfast is on your own, the Park Restaurant has a breakfast buffet served from 6:30 to 10:00 AM.
  • Saturday coffee breaks with snacks at 10:30 AM and 3:30 PM are included with your registration.
  • Lunch, all you care to eat at the Park Restaurant's Lunch Buffet including:
    • Chicken Tenders
    • BBQ Pork
    • Fried Tilapia
